    The skill of managing or controlling your anger can only be mastered if you are eager enough to do so. Anger management classes will furnish you with enough information and direction to curb any angry impulses that may rise up next time. Learning how to control your anger is a continuous process. I know how difficult it can be to manage anger. But it can be simple if you decide to make it simple. Didnt they say we are in control of our emotions all the time? I tend to agree with this statement because its within everyones power to get angry or not to get angry. When you think of the negative impact of anger, you will be convinced to NOT get angry as often as you are provoked. Getting angry does not make you a bad person. What casts you in a negative light however is the way you choose to express that anger. Being abusive or vindictive are negative ways of displaying anger. You can decide to keep quiet when you are angered or silently and politely walk away, instead of lashing out at the object or subject of the anger. This works far better than losing your temper. Empathizing with the person who makes you angry is one fine anger management technique. When you wear the shoes of your protagonist and feel the pinch, you will be more inclined to forgive any slight on his or her part. Empathy- the process of empathizing with the person who angers you is fast becoming a popular anger management technique. You dont have to be right all the time. Instead of provoking and being provoked because of the need to win an argument, you can simply concede for the sake of peace. Its true that lots of outbursts of anger starts with arguments that end up badly. You dont have to proof a point or show that your argument is superior all the time. Your opponents wont accept it and this will only make you angry more often.
